We'll take this time to let you know just who we are and what
we stand for here at the brewery.  It all started about 13 years ago
when one of the guys, Jeff, took a little bike ride around the country
and found some of the best beers around. 
    We all know that settling down with a nice beer after a hard days
work is pretty nice, so Jeff made it his mission to concoct a beer that
 made that special time at the end of the day that much better.
    Since this time we've come up with several other brews that'll just
knock your socks off!

 We here at the brewery strongly believe that everyone everywhere can
make a difference when it comes to the environment.  The "three R's" are
practiced in everything we do.  Since the beginning we have:

• Become the only wind-powered brewery in the U.S.
• Recycled more bottles than any other brewery in the U.S.
• Worked with programs like the Green Building Council to increase energy efficiency
• Used water conservation practices to cut the industry average from
  eight barrels of water per one barrel of beer to only four barrels of water.
• Continually tried to recycle anything and everything we can at the brewery including coasters and bottles to plastic frisbees.
