Week #1 Ethics in Communications
Objectives: Review the course syllabus and introduce class participants.
Identify key elements of communicating agricultural information to the public.
Identify common characteristics of technical writing style.
Understand the role of ethical considerations in the writing process.
Recognize unethical communication in the writing process.
Describe and use the communication model to satisfy the receiver's needs.
Establish and test electronic mail accounts.
